Employee Performance Feedbacks
Onur has been with us since October 2022, and I’ve always
enjoyed having him on the team because of his knowledge and
eagerness to learn more. Even as a working student, he
immediately jumped in to support key regions, which was
fantastic!
When we promoted him to a full-time employee, I initially noticed
some challenges with tasks not being completed on time and
several campaign optimizations being left behind. I quickly
addressed these issues with him so we could focus on meeting
deadlines, reporting, and improving campaign optimization.
Since then, Onur has improved tremendously! He puts in his
best effort to ensure tasks are created and campaigns are
launched on time whenever possible (no robots here, please).
He’s always seeking solutions in alignment with me to drive
better results.
Our 1:1s are always productive—I don’t even need to ask how
the regions are performing because he proactively tells me
where we can improve and where we’re excelling.
Today, I can confidently say that I fully trust Onur to manage and
take over key campaigns. He’s more than capable of creating
and launching them effectively.

Onur is such a great person and a fantastic colleague to work
with! I really enjoy our chats about everything in our fields,
especially AI and the latest developments. His past SEO
expertise adds so much value, and I always walk away with
valuable insights. We also shared some ideas and insights from
both SEO and Paid perspectives to maximize our team
collaboration.
Also, he is curious and always on the lookout for improvement
ideas and experimental tactics to achieve better results, which
makes him a key member of our team.

Onur is collaborative and very responsive - he has always replied quickly to my (many!) questions and requests. He is
open to sharing data and that has been helpful as I am learning
processes and getting up-to-speed with the ways our teams
work together on campaigns.
While we have only been working together for a short time, I
have personally seen Onur Drive Results when he noticed that a
newly launched campaign had bot activity - he quickly identified
what was causing it and implemented the change right away so
we were not spending budget unnecessarily. I appreciated his
attentiveness and being able to quickly identify and resolve the
issue proactively.

I've been in the Paid Ads team with Onur for a little more than half a year, and in the beginning, we didn't have much cross-
work while I was in my 'learning phase'. Therefore, I will share
insights about him for the past 2-3 months.
- Responsiveness: Onur has responded actively to my
messages/questions in no time.
- Proactive: There were a couple of times when Onur noticed
potential optimizations on the campaigns/ads I was managing.
For instance, while reviewing his regions he recognized that a
campaign had a very high PPC (cost per click) on that day. Then
he texted me so I could pay attention to that campaign the next
days and review whether it was only a one-day pick, or there
was continuity which would then require optimizations on my
side.
- Supportive: During our PM off-site in Berlin in October we had
the chance to work in person and I took advantage of that to
bombard him with questions all the time hehe. Thankfully, he
was patient and eager to help, so when I had a question about
the negative search terms cleaning process he explained the
methodology that works best for him. Then, a few weeks later
without me asking for it, he texted me with additional tips that I
could apply, which eventually saved lots of my time on the
search terms.
All in all, I am very thankful for him because he was always
positive and friendly, which made it easier for me to integrate
into the team. And since the Paid Ads conference in Bolognia
this October when we had the chance to get to know each other
in person, to laugh and to learn, our communication got even
better so we support each other in our day-to-day work.

I've seen great improvement on Onur's way of interacting and
working with other teams, a complete change compared to when
he first started. There is more assurance in his behavior and
way of communicating.
I'm also noticed that Onur asks the right questions and makes
sure he has all the elements he needs before starting a
campaign. That shows dedication and attention to details.

His strengths is that he has deep knowledge of Google and
Linkedin ads and it shows when he discusses campaign
performance and optimizations. I spoke to him about ideas on
how to better performance in US in q2 and he gave good ideas
on adjusting manual bids on Linkedin.
